Turn interview notes into themes your team agrees on
Bizby is the Canadian-hosted whiteboard where research, design and policy teams gather what they heard, group it into themes, and agree what it means.
A federal tribunal's product team runs its journey maps, roadmaps and standups on Bizby every day.
Get every observation onto one board, from every interview and every note taker.
One observation per note, added live during sessions or afterwards.
Capture what one person says, does, thinks and feels.
Build a named user with ranked pain points from the research.
Group findings into patterns without spending a day moving notes around.
Let Bizby cluster a set of notes into themes, then adjust the groups yourself.
Summarize a frame of findings into themes and next steps in one click.
Let the team vote on which themes matter most.
Move from insight to decisions with everyone looking at the same evidence.
Record the so what and next step beside each theme.
Run discovery and definition as a structured workshop.
Bring in stakeholders from other teams, no account needed to view.
