The presence menu shows everyone currently viewing your board. Click the avatar chip in the top-right corner of the toolbar to open it. You can see collaborator names, follow their cursor, and (as the board owner) summon people to your current view.

At the top of the menu you’ll see your name and your role on the board (Board Owner, Editor, or Viewer). Double-click your name or click the pencil icon to change your display name. Click the color dot to pick a new cursor color.

When 8 or more people are on the board, a search bar appears below your profile. Type a name to instantly filter the user list. Click the X to clear the search.

Each collaborator row shows their cursor color and display name. The list scrolls independently while your profile and the bottom actions stay pinned.

  • Click a name to zoom to their location on the canvas
  • Double-click a name to follow their cursor in real time
  • Hover to reveal the follow/unfollow eye icon

Board owners see checkboxes next to each collaborator and a “Bring everyone to me” button at the bottom of the menu.

With no checkboxes selected, click Bring everyone to me to navigate all collaborators to your current view and page.

Select specific people using the checkboxes, then click Bring N people to me to summon only the selected collaborators. Unselected users are not affected. Selections reset after summoning.

Toggle Show multi-player cursors at the bottom of the menu to show or hide other people’s cursors on the canvas. This is a local preference and does not affect other users.

The presence menu appears whenever at least one other person is viewing the board. The bring-to-me feature and checkboxes are only available to the board owner.
