May brings three of our biggest releases yet. Drop a PowerPoint deck onto the canvas and watch it come in slide by slide. Write rich text documents directly on the board, no separate doc tool needed. And for enterprise teams, bring your own AI keys so every prompt routes through your own Azure OpenAI or Anthropic endpoint.
Drop any .pptx file onto the canvas and Bizby brings the full deck in as a single slide-deck shape. Slides stream in as they render, so you can start working with the first few while the rest finish loading. No more flattening to PDF, no more screenshots.
How it works: Drag a .pptx onto the board. Each slide appears as it converts. Use the floating toolbar to navigate between slides, download the original deck, or export the current slide as PNG or SVG.
Tip: The floating toolbar lets you export the current slide as PNG or SVG, so you can pull a single slide out of the deck and drop it onto another board, into a frame, or into a tip-out for review.

Document Shape brings real rich text documents directly to the canvas. Headings, bold, italic, task lists, text color, links, and more, all inside a shape that lives next to your stickies and frames. Documents auto-grow vertically to fit content and scale proportionally when resized.
How it works: Add a Document from the toolbar, type or paste your content, and format it inline. The new Documents Panel shows every document on the board in one place, so you can jump straight to the one you need.
Tip: Use Document Shape for meeting agendas, decision logs, and read-aheads that live on the same board as the workshop output. Everything stays in one place when the session ends.

Bring Your Own AI is an Enterprise feature that lets your team connect its own Azure OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude) endpoint to Bizby. Every AI feature on the board, summaries, translation, affinity mapping, and more, routes through your own keys, with automatic fallback if your endpoint is unavailable.
- Your keys, your control: AI calls flow through your tenant, not ours
- Provider choice: Azure OpenAI or Anthropic, with model selection per workspace
- Drop-in compatible: Existing AI features keep working, no team retraining needed
Tip: Available on Enterprise plans only. Configure under Enterprise Settings, Bizby AI tab. Useful for regulated industries that need AI requests to stay inside an existing enterprise agreement.
