AI Decision Notes

Overview

After a poll is complete, Bizby AI can summarize the results and generate a structured decision note. Decision notes capture the outcome, key insights, and trends — giving your team a clear record of what was decided and why.

How to Use

Section titled “How to Use”
  1. Complete a poll on your board
  2. Open the poll results and click Create Decision Note
  3. AI analyzes the voting results and generates a summary
  4. The decision note is saved to the Decision Notes panel for easy reference

What’s Included

  • Decision summary — A clear statement of the outcome
  • Key insights — Trends and patterns from the votes
  • Vote breakdown — How the team voted across options
  • Action items — A checklist for follow-up work. Each item can be assigned to a board collaborator. Assigning an action item emails the assignee with a deep link back to the decision note on the board (30-second debounce so rapid reassignments don’t spam; self-assignments don’t send).

Decision Notes Panel

Access all decision notes from the Decision Notes panel in the Board Tools menu. Notes are stored with the board and persist across sessions.
