Media Embedding

Overview

Drop images, videos, and web content directly onto your Bizby canvas. Paste URLs to embed YouTube videos, Figma designs, and other content alongside your shapes and notes.

Supported Media

Section titled “Supported Media”
  • Images — Upload or paste PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, and SVG files
  • YouTube — Paste a YouTube URL to embed a playable video
  • Figma — Paste a Figma link to embed a live preview
  • Screenshots — Paste screenshots directly from your clipboard
  • Web Links — Paste URLs to embed web content

How to Use

Images

Section titled “Images”
  • Drag and drop image files onto the canvas
  • Paste images from your clipboard (Cmd/Ctrl + V)
  • Use the image tool from the toolbar to upload a file

Embeds

Section titled “Embeds”
  • Paste a YouTube or Figma URL directly onto the canvas
  • The embed appears as an interactive element on the board
