PDF Import

Overview

Section titled “Overview”

Import PDF documents directly into your Bizby boards. Choose between importing pages as images for visual reference, or extracting text content onto the canvas. Multi-page PDFs are supported with page selection.

Import Options

Section titled “Import Options”
  • As Images — Each PDF page becomes an image on the canvas, preserving the original layout
  • Extract Text — Pull text content from the PDF and place it as editable text on the board

How to Use

Section titled “How to Use”
  1. Click the Import menu from the Board Tools hamburger menu
  2. Select PDF file…
  3. Choose your PDF file
  4. Select which pages to import
  5. Choose import direction (horizontal or vertical layout)
  6. Choose import mode (as images or extract text)
  7. Pages are placed on the canvas

Page Selection

Section titled “Page Selection”

For multi-page PDFs, a page picker dialog lets you select specific pages or page ranges to import. You don’t have to import the entire document.
