Export your Bizby boards in multiple formats for sharing, printing, or archiving. PDF export covers all three scopes: the entire board, any region you select, and defined frames. SVG and PNG are available throughout.

  • SVG — Scalable vector format, ideal for high-quality graphics
  • PNG — Raster image format, works everywhere
  • PDF — Vector-quality document of the whole board, a selected region, or frames, with a page footer showing board name, date, and page numbers
  1. Right-click anywhere on the canvas
  2. Choose Export as > PDF (whole board)
  3. The browser print dialog opens with a preview of the entire board
  4. Choose Save as PDF as the destination and click Save

The whole board is exported as a single page shaped to the board itself, not fitted to A4. Nothing is scaled down to fit a sheet and nothing is cut across a page edge, so the layout you see on the canvas is the layout in the file. Very large boards are scaled only if they would exceed the PDF format’s own maximum page size.

  1. Select the shapes you want, with a marquee drag or shift-click
  2. Right-click the selection
  3. Choose Export as > PDF (selection)
  4. Choose Save as PDF as the destination and click Save

Only the shapes you selected are drawn, not everything that happens to sit underneath them, and the page is shaped to the selection.

  1. Use File > Export or the keyboard shortcut
  2. Choose your format (SVG, PNG)
  3. The export captures all visible content
  1. Create frames on your board to define export regions
  2. Select one or more frames on the canvas
  3. Click the vertical three-dot menu (⋮) on the context toolbar that appears above the selection
  4. Choose Export as > PDF
  5. The browser print dialog opens with a preview of your frames
  6. Each selected frame becomes its own page in the PDF
  7. Choose Save as PDF as the destination and click Save

Each page in the exported PDF includes a footer with:

  • Board name on the left
  • Date in the center
  • Page number (e.g. “Page 1 of 4”) on the right

Frames print on standard paper, and the orientation is set automatically from the frame’s dimensions: wider frames produce landscape pages, taller frames produce portrait pages.

A whole board or a selected region instead gets a page sized to its own content, because a whiteboard is not paper-shaped and forcing one onto A4 costs either readability or layout. Frames remain the right choice when the output has to print on an office printer, which is what frame presets are for.

  • Use standard frame sizes (A4, Letter, 16:9) for consistent PDF page dimensions
  • Frame order in the Slide Show panel determines PDF page order
  • Board Notes can also be exported to PDF separately
  • Polls and frames can go straight to a new Google Sheet: right-click and choose Export as > Google Sheets (details)
  • Selecting multiple frames exports them as a multi-page PDF, one page per frame
