Sharing Boards
Share Dialog
Section titled “Share Dialog”From any open board, you can click the Share button in the top right corner to view the sharing options.
Sharing with Team Members
Section titled “Sharing with Team Members”Click Copy Team Link to generate a link that can be shared with your team. To access the board, users must log in to Bizby and be part of your team. You can assign each team member a role: editor, commenter or viewer. A commenter can take part in every discussion on the board and cannot change anything on the canvas. See Roles and Permissions for the full matrix.
Sharing with External Users
Section titled “Sharing with External Users”Click Copy Share Link to create a link for external sharing. Boards are private by default, but you can allow limited access to non-team members using the Anyone with the link setting: no access, viewer, or commenter for a board circulated for feedback.
Guest Access
Section titled “Guest Access”With the Team+ plan, you can invite unlimited guests with configurable access levels: editor, commenter or viewer. Learn more about guest access and the Team+ plan.
